About the company
In 2017, Shannon and Warren started to buy, flip, and sell homes in the Florida Panhandle. However, they quickly realized that something was missing — the people! Now, they “flip” townhomes, condos, and other properties along the Emerald Coast to be used as vacation rentals.
Shannon and Warren love that Lullaby Rentals allow other travelers to enjoy the beauty they experience daily along the Emerald Coast — while enjoying all the cozy comforts of home in their beautiful rentals.

“Staying here was absolutely fabulous. My 2 sisters and our kids traveled alone and felt extremely safe. Shannon was an absolute gem, emailing me and asking if I needed anything else, If everything was okay, etc. Traveling to a new place with unfamiliar surroundings is scary sometimes, but this house/host/neighborhood made us feel right at home. “Second time in the Destin area for my family of 5. But THIS is a nice home in a good area. Away from the party but close to grocery store, dollar store, gas station, and restaurants. Everything was less than a mile away. The house was CLEAN and well stocked. We had enough towels and dishes to cook with. Definitely worth it! We enjoyed our stay here!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. The location was perfect and a short walk to Crystal Beach with plenty of shopping just a short drive away.
The condo was extremely quiet and well insulated as to not hear your neighbors or be disturbed by other noises. The interior was very comfortable and tastefully decorated in a calm setting. We had everything we needed to be able to cook dinners and enjoy our time there.

“Everything was beautiful! It was nice and quiet, the kids enjoyed it! I love the fact that there were games there for the kids so we had family night when it rained. It was very convenient and located minutes away from a lot of the places that we needed to go. Getting there was so easy and I love that parking was covered and right in front of the door!! The communication was great, we really enjoyed our stay and we definitely look forward to coming back and staying on our next family trip.”
